Reservations

Reservations will be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Because we are located on a small, remote island, cancellations greatly affect our business.

100% Refund 30 Days before check-in

• 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in

  Otherwise, No Refund.

**There are no refunds for No Shows, Early Departures or Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival.**

Cleaning Fees

• Cottage on the Bluff - $75/stay

• Sunset Suite - $75/stay

• Harbor View Suite - $125/stay

• Entire Property - $250/stay

As you drive off the ferry, turn left. After approximately 2.6 miles, turn left on Deer Harbor Road the first paved road past the Orcas Ferry Landing). Go an additional 4.5 miles, through West Sound, until you see the sign for The Deer Harbor Inn on the left.

Ferry Reservations Now Required to Travel to and from the San Juan Islands.

Check-in

After 4:00 PM. Detailed directions and entry code will be povided.

Check-out

10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible with an additional fee.

Smoking

Absolutely NO Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. 

Pets

Pets are welcome. There is a $25.00 per pet/ per day.

The Deer Harbor Cottage & Suites will never sell or share private guest information with an outside source.
